Count & Track privacy policy
Tally counter with statistics
Short version: Count & Track doesn’t collect anything about you. On the App Store its data collection is declared as “Data Not Collected”, and that reflects how it’s built.
What’s stored, and where
Everything you count — every entry, timestamp, and the statistics derived from them — is stored locally on your device. None of it is uploaded. I don’t operate a server that receives your data, because there isn’t one. Delete the app and that local data goes with it.
No Apple Health integration
Some people use a tally counter to track symptoms, episodes, or other health things. Count & Track does not connect to Apple Health. It doesn’t read anything from Health and doesn’t write anything to it. Whatever you count stays inside the app, on your device, and isn’t shared with the Health app or anywhere else.
No tracking or analytics
There is no analytics SDK, no advertising, no crash reporter that sends data off the device, and no third-party trackers. I have no way of knowing what you count or how often you open the app.
Purchases
The trial and the one-time Full version purchase are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; I never see your card details or any personal payment information. Restoring a purchase uses your Apple Account, which Apple manages.
No accounts
There is no sign-up and no login. You don’t give me an email, a name, or a password to use Count & Track.
