Evkeros reads the recipe straight from the page. Some sites block apps or hide the recipe behind scripts. Try sharing the page from Safari with the Share button instead of pasting the link. If it still fails, tap the option to send the link from the import screen, and we'll look at that site.

Popular recipe sites in all 11 app languages. Ingredient amounts and oven temperatures are converted to metric or imperial, whichever you choose. Always check an imported recipe before you save it.

Timers rely on notifications. Open Settings → Notifications → Evkeros and make sure Allow Notifications, Sounds and Banners are on. Also check that the device isn't muted or in a Focus mode that silences alerts. The countdown keeps running while the app is open, even if notifications are blocked.

Open Settings → Evkeros and make sure Live Activities are allowed. Then start cooking a recipe: the current step, its countdown and what comes next appear on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

The purchase belongs to your Apple Account, not to one device. Open the purchase screen in Evkeros and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account.

Recipes are stored on your device and included in your iCloud Backup or encrypted Finder backup. Restore a new device from that backup and your recipes come with it. Evkeros has no cloud sync of its own, so there is no copy on any server.

Apple handles refunds. Go toreportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Evkeros purchase and request a refund there.
